I understand that sometimes you might just need a quick chat before formally engaging a solicitor, and I am pleased to offer a free 15 minute no-obligation video or telephone call for that purpose.

A complimentary initial consultation, enabling you to make a decision about whether to instruct me on any private client matter (such as Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Trusts) and to provide you with an idea of costs.

 A complimentary review of your existing Will or Lasting Power of Attorney, to discuss whether it is still valid and appropriate and whether any alterations might be needed.  Any changes or specific advice will not be covered by the initial free consultation and will be chargeable.

 Please note that these consultations will usually take place via telephone or video call, and are provided free of charge for general information only.  The free consultation does not create a solicitor-client relationship and should not be relied upon as legal advice specific to your circumstances without formal engagement.
